New Grower Please help what should i add to my mix

I want to use buildasoil light soil mix for my base to start with i have dr earth all purpose mix 444

What more can i add to make this a simple water only mix ?

Build a soil light soil mix 1 cubic feet

1. Canadian Sphagnum Peatmoss 45%
Composts
2. Oly Mountain Fish Compost 5%
3. BuildASoil Colorado Pinto Bean Compost 5%

Aeration and Drainage
4. Pumice (3/8" x 1/4") 30%

Dr earth 444 ingredients
Alfalfa meal
Fishbone meal
Bone meal
Feather meal
Potassium sulfate
Kelp meal
Kelp flour
Mycos

A big double handful of EWC [earthworm castings] would be a good addition

Lime ,Silica,castings...maybe some time released granules.also build a solid transition/Flower top dressing too. would be well worth it
