Here are three pics of one plant with problems, it has two weeks left to the end of cycle and I am concerned at the leaves turning brown and brittle, I am wondering can anyone help in suggesting a probable cause? I am thinking it may be a cal/mag problem but cannot be sure, any contribution will be most appreciated and thank you in advance :tiphat:

Hi Warrior

A bit more information would be useful...

feed used
current feeding schedule
growing media
pH & EC of feed in
Temperature & humidity of grow space
Have you started flushing
Strain
Age of plant
Progression of signs and symptoms

Photos of the plant taken in natural light rather than under the HPS are generally easier to diagnose as are some close up shots...

With a bit more info I'm sure you'll have a diagnosis in no time...

Good luck

Mr Jorilla ganjamoto.

Im very new but to me its like nute burn
Are you feeding with fertiligers?

Food = Dutch Pro A +B Bloom, Buddhas tree PK 9/18, Buddhas tree Meta Boost, and I alternate feed water feed water etc. growing media is recycled soil (Canna Pro) the Ph I use in feeds and water is 6.3-6.5 and the EC = 1.8- 2.0 the temps are fluctuating between 75 and 88, will be starting flushing next week, strain = Fast bud 2 age of plant is 8 weeks hope this assists and thanks

Hi Warrior

No experts have chimed in to give you a helping hand so here's my 5 cents worth....

Growing plants is my forte not giving advice so anyone else feel free to join in and add/contradict etc...

Your plants look like they have possible potassium deficiency / cal mag issues.... difficult to say with the quality of the photos...

You're going to be flushing now so personally I think don't worry about it... Your plants will look a lot worse at the end of the flush... You should see how some of mine end up looking.... (apart from big)... well and truly past it... Maybe the Lady is just telling you she's tired and ready....

As for recycling soil.... I personally don't do it... For the cost of a bag of Canna pro (£10 - ish) weighed up against the possible risk of disease and nute build up its worth the time, effort and money to use fresh soil... Develop an abundance mentality and invest in your ladies and they will get swollen and sticky for you...

Personally I think Canna Pro holds too much water which may hinder root development I have always gotten better root systems with my personal favorite Canna bio terra and also Canna pro plus... Definitely worth paying that little bit extra for...

Bloom booster wise Dutch Pro Explode funnily enough works amazingly well with Dutch Pro nutes though I prefer organic and go with the Biobizz base nutrient range. I've run a side by side comparison and Dutch Pro Soil nutes stood up well yield and quality wise to the Biobizz.

Hope the flush is going well and the Ladies are fine...

Happy gardening

Mr Jorilla ganjamoto.
