BOOM! And with that advice, coming from that dynamic duo, you can't go wrong!

Update....
Hi guys,
I put half a ml of superthrive into 3 ltrs of water x2 coz i only had 3ltr bottles" and it says on the superthrive tub that for stress its 1ml to a gallon (4ltrs for us lol). I also added a drop of dishwash like someone said. I started watering very slowly infact i went completely over the top as some would say" cut along story sort it was a good 8 hrs, i added very small amounts throughout the 8 hrs but in the end the soil had a real good soaking" i let the water sit in its dish for a good 25mins before i got rid of it.
I also left them in a room which had good light levels but not full light for the past 10hrs and plan to give them full light later by putting them back under my 600w.
Ive been trying to put a grow diary together, so any tips on how best to do that i'd be real grateful.
Thanks guys and ill update again before i add anything else"

Sounds good and good luck.

As to the grow journal I would start it in New Growers so that you get max exposure to the staff here. Try to update at least weekly so that you can watch the progress and include pictures. They will help you see how they change from week to week

Happy growing

Hi oldster,
I watched a video on youtube about nute lock out and how to tell them" hes an old guy with glasses and a big white beard and he say about a phosphorous def has loads of little rust spots on the leaf which mine has. I'm so shit with computers or i'd put a link in here to the video i was watching. What do you think my friend or anyone else?

I forgot to mention that the leaves would be alot darker in colour than normal aswell as stunted growth which my plants also have.
I know alot of other def can mask the true problem but im just trying to get a better understanding of reading my plants.

My plants are almost 2 weeks into flowering in a soil mix which already had nutes in" which i now know is not the best plan when it comes to autos! When plants hit the flowering stage they need alot more p & k which they ain't getting because there's only a standard multi compost mix in my pots with a 10% worm castings and perlite added. So once my plants show signs of improvement show i feed with a full one part nute which also has mico nutes in aswell? Or should i flush through about 10-12 gallons of water and then feed a 1/3 nutes to replace what got flushed out and then start feeding tidy from there on?
