Outdoor polly tunnel

I have just cropped my first batch of autos from my tunnel and I have noticed the difference in bud formation is there any stabalised autos out there that all do the same or are you always gonna get these different pheno types . Another observation I made was that do all not start flowering at the same time within one particular strain.I have never seen this in an indoor grow with autos before, there is literally a 5 week gap between a few plants.Please can any one enlighten me on the subject or tell me what I am doing wrong. I thought maybe it was a heat thing .I can on a brighter note say that the yeilds are plentiful and the finished article is spot on with all strains so far.Cheers
