Extraction Qwiso

That might be a little hi-tech for a caveman. Kidding. My next harvest is ways away. I can definitely make something like that tho

here's my extractor :D 3 2ltr bottles 2 coffee filters and a piece of metal screen works perfect it gets the iso off the plant material quick and little to no plant material makes it through to the dish

Hey Butters, I bet that was some potent stuff, huh? :bong: Your end result might have been oily from the trim sitting in the ISO too long. You mentioned you evaporated it in your slow cooker - did you just use that as your dish or was the slow cooker turned on? If it was turned on, the heat will change the consistency of the Qwiso, turning it into more of an oil like you have. Regardless, I'd do a dab of that any day! I say that's a success for your first try! :bong: Each batch will get easier and your end result will be more pure with each run that you do.

Here are a few pics of a batch I ran last night / this morning with some buds that JM was kind enough to give me that had a tiny bit of mold on them. Trim and ISO frozen for 24 hours and it was filtered through 6 non-bleached coffee filters.

The end result has the tiniest bit of give before it shatters. If you hold it for a couple seconds, it's much easier to work off pieces for dabs.

Yeah its super stoney Kindred..Honestly ive just made bubble before and thats it..ive just lately become really interested in using oil for medicinal purpose ..a la rick simpson.
So any tips from anyone is greatly appreciated. I left that batch in the alcohol longer for sure..i wanted to get it more dark because i thought that was better but truthfully im not really sure.

Your pics look soo tasty. Can you tell me if its safe to use mold bud..will the alcholol kill the bad spores and stuff? just curious, wouldnt mind getting something out of nothing.

quick question guys and gals.

do you use the fan leaves along with the sugar leaves as well?

or is this qwiso just the sugar leaves/stems and such?
 
thats some thing that I need to experiment with edibles......
 
Are we supposed put the qwiso fridge after being scrapped?
Is it okay if the qwiso comes out black?
