Indoor Re-Vegging Sweetseeds Black Cream

You know how the "under buds" as i call them are always small and kind of disappointing? I've seen a couple of posts now where people have revegged their plants, and i thought what the hell im gonna try it. Right now im waiting on my seeds to get here and i have the room so here we go.
Shes in a 5 gallon pot setting in OF soil. 400w hps and home made led array. I let her soil dry out before harvest last night. After harvest i feed her 1.5 liters of water with 3tbs Bloom Big, 2tbs Grow Big and 1/4tsp Super Thrive. Any help or suggestions would be great.

dont over water her , what you are used to giving her will be too much now , not enough plant to use up the water before the roots drown

Could you post a few of those links? You don't seem to have a method though... I dont know , but Bloom Big sounds like the opposite of what a vegging plant needs, right? Logic would dictate increasing light schedule to maybe 24h like people do raising seeds the first few weeks?
