@912GreenSkell thank you. I'll be building some make shift cfl lights this weekend and in two weeks I'll be ordering so cob lights. So I'm going to document everything. And I rather fail over and over over saying I can't or never trying. I raised two beautiful kids into great adults. One is in the US Army and one is a manager at a retail shop. That being said cannabis should be a breeze.

I highly doubt you will fail...certainly not over and over....there is no way the veteran growers would let you!! Anyone that reads about growing for 5 years before trying, is destined to grow great plants!!

I have 8 photo plants under my belt plus I've cloned two. I did a easy hempy with oc+ water only. @912GreenSkell .. Turned out pretty good. That was last year. I'm ready to get back to it. I work in the waste industry dumpster truck driver so I come across so much stuff that I've added to my room. People are always upgrading their homes so I grab wood I grab bathroom light fixtures for the sockets I get sub panels electric wire. Just got a stealth ro system. Folding tables.. Got an awesome chalk board so I can keep track of my feeds. It goes on and on. Lol

@912GreenSkell It was some bagseed that my nephew gave me. The guy he got it from said it was deathstar. 4 of Thoes an unknown bagseed and I bought some mother plants and flipped them 2 12 12. Had no idea what I was doing. The unknown bag seed I tried to pop 10 an it was the only one that came up. My gf said it was some fire and she's a weed snob lol the clone moms I saved were purple cherry pie. Now I'm going do these autos I bought. I'm going to try and cs so I can have more seeds. My learning curve is going to be small now. I only have 5 seeds of each. So I need to learn how to reverse a plant get pollen and pollinate for seeds.

If you have problems with CS, you can always grab some regular non feminized seeds from the Autoflower Portal and breed your own in a traditional way.

Only thing I think that will get me is having to deal with males and wasting soil and space. But all the seeds I'll have I guess will be worth it. When putting males with female with autos shoul I pick a male and the pop more to keep a good female a couple weeks behind? I read that somewhere kinda made sense. But it was sometime ago that I seen that.

That is a good plan, to get some pollen from a first run first and then apply a bit later. There is ways around wasting soil and space. Start the plants in 6" instatransplant pots and then ditch all the males except the one you want. Then instatransplant the females. Once the male has balls almost formed remove him and cut a branch off and put in the window away form the females in a vase of water over a ceramic plant. The plant will continues to mature and drop pollen on the plate which can be selected and used at your leisure. If you dry and store the pollen properly you can use it for your next run.
