I know that Leaf tips curling down words it's a sign of over-watering. But what about when the Leaf tips curl upwards? If you see the pic below you'll know what I mean. By the way I did have a little bit of nute burn a couple weeks ago but that problem has been resolved that's why you see some tiny yellow tips.

Just FYI I'm in temperatures are between 65 and 70 degrees and I am within about three weeks of harvest. Humidity in the tent is between 40 and 50%.

Soil? Coco? Are they just curled? Or are they getting dry? pH?
Your on the low side of the VPD... too much transpiration ?

How hard are you pushing? And are you just seeing the damage caused by the burn as the leaves grow out?

Looks like burn damage to me, but I'd want my soil pH @ this point and ppm to verify... last 3 weeks... couldn't be a more critical time to keep it on the rails...

- Coco/perlite 70/30
- Just curled in the last few days
- Not dry at all. I water every other day till 25% run off.
- VPD 11.7 during the day and 11.0 at night

As for the burn, I had ppm's hitting 2400 and ph straddling 7.0. This was caused by not properly prepping the coco for a second grow by flushing after the last harvest to remove salt build up. I also did not do run off checks to see ph or EC until I noticed issues starting. When problems arose recently (ppm 2400 and ph aroung 7.0 - 7.2) I did a flush of ph'd water to 5.8 (until runoff read the same) and then did a watering of 1/4 strength nutes and 1/2 strength MagNifiCal (equivalent to Cal-mag but with trace amounts of nitrogen added).

Since the flush my runoff is at 1400 ppm and the ph is in the mid 6's. I also did a slurry test and it was almost the same numbers.
Hope this answers your questions.

NOTE***

The temp showing the pic was 77 because I had the circulation fan and ducting fan off and I have started to reduce the humidity in prep for harvest. Being winter and cold here I have to use a humidifier to get the humidity up to 40-50%. Seeing that the tent was open the humidity dropped to where you see it in the pick.

So slurry showing mid 6s did you ppm the slurry? That gives you root zone concentrations... I run between 300 and 600 ppm there, much more than that and I start seeing issues...

Run off doesn't really give you anything usable, as its what's NOT left in your pot... can show effective flushing, but not an accurate interpretation of what's going on in the root zone.

I slurry and ppm 3 scheduled times, pre plant, @ flowering turn, and about 3 weeks from done. Usually you are in front of a problem and catch it before you see it appear in the leaves.

I use a 1 to 1 ratio, medium and the water I'd use to feed.

Bet your dealing with a build up...

If it was in my tent, I'd ppm the soil, and then make the call, am betting your ppm are still way up...

My first run here, had issues about 2/3 thru, was salt in my water source building up in the soil. Managed to get thru... but wasn't pretty... RO now...

Ya gotta get an RO if ya wanna grow perfectly healthy plants hydroponically. I see so many people skip this simple step, but clean 0 ppm water (hydro) or close to it is a prerequisite for HYDROponic growing. Of ANYTHING. My buddies work at a professional hydroponic greenhouse where they grow tomatoes on the vine and some herbs like basil and rosemary. These guys are pros in a million dollar operation and they have a CRAZY high end 5 stage commercial RO, and they test the raw water quality every few days at the least in their on site mini lab. Get an RO!!! I can personally recommend the RO Buddy products from Amazon, as they do at least 50gal a day and they just work. A very worthwhile investment for about $60 or so. I have also noticed that if you don't use the RO regularly...like 3x a week, they fuck up, so keep the juices flowing for best results. They will start to drift after prolonged use and the ppm will start to creep up slowly. I usually replace the membrane (or the whole thing) when the ppm gets up to about 20 or so. I am about to get my 3rd brand new one so I can vouch for their effectiveness. SO much better than using ? water or lugging water around like a chump...lol. I STILL see kids at the local grow shop and at the fish store buying good clean water by the gallon. Make it yourself....it's as easy as twisting a ball valve.

Thanks for the ad vice but I am in an apartment not a house so the RO is out of the question. I am only growing 2 plants at a time for personal medical use so I'm no high end farmer...but I do my best. Thanks for the tip!

Actually they've got small units that will hook right to your tap and fill what you need. So not big or obtrusive...
But your water quality may not be the issue... it was mine. I live in a brackish delta, and my water was 330 ppm sodium.

RO is great, but I think your issue may just be a buildup of nutes.

Lol. I had to laugh. I think you're conceptions of RO are a little off. The RO Buddy is a pint size $59.99 unit that hooks to any water source with standard hose threads. It can come on and off in seconds and fits in a shoebox. They definitely have whole house units that look more like a water heater, but this ain't that. This is a hobbyist grade unit that makes at least 50 if not 60+ gallons per 24 hours of super duper clean close to or at ZERO ppm water. It uses water pressure alone to force the water through a 4 stage filter with the reverse osmosis membrane being at the end of the chain. The other stages are a mechanical sediment filter, a deionization stage and an activated carbon filter with the RO membrane pulling up the rear.

The four stage one is $59.99 and the triple is $51.99 both eligible for Jungle Prime free delivery.

Hook input up to water source. Put unfiltered rejected water hose in the sink and the RO water goes into a container. Simple as pie. Good clean aqua on demand.

Yep that's $65 prices in US dollars. I just happened to be in Canada :-). My price is $100 more than that. I'll definitely look into it but it's not something I'm going to get right away.

Yeah my ppm's out of the tap set at around a hundred and fifty. The pH of the tap is around 7.2.
