I am currently running 18/6 with the 30 minute sunrise/sunset function. But running is confusing and intimidating. First question would be is it worth it? What are the benefits? If it is a worthwhile thing to do. Then how would someone breakdown light intensity into 5 stages. Is there a cheat code
