Quick question: How bad is it to clean out lower branches, and do the first wave of schwazzing all at the same time? This would be at @420autoflower's recommended 2 weeks into flower. Just wondering if that is too much trimming to do all at once?

Wasn’t planning on doing any gardening over the weekend but these 3 Beaver Genetics testers really needed some attention. Been having high humidity issues in the tents they are in and didn’t want to risk waiting any longer. The R/H immediately dropped over 20% in each tent after the plants received their first schwazz.

best journal I have ever seen - one can learn alot by it !!!!!!!!! Thanks --- believe I'm starting to think about switching from photo fems to auto fems (just got 3oz from 3 gallon /auto - - and got maybe 1oz from a 5 gallon from photo fems ????????????????? no brainer but have gotten massive yields from 5 gallon (strain genetics)

You should be good to do both at the same time.
If your plant is healthy it can take the heavy pruning.

I'm giving it a shot. They look a little droopy because of my back, I had to let them dry out a bit and lighten up so I could pull them out to trim them up. Schwazzing is definitely the weirdest thing I've ever done to a plant I was not intending to kill (...or wasn't already dead).

Six different strains, all germinated at the same time but some at slightly different points of maturity, but this had to be done all at once. While I had them out I top dressed/fed them, they needed it (some more than others). The whole thing is a leap of faith for me, I've seen it work here, hopefully I can pull it off.

Did the second and final schwazz and cola shearing last week on the Beaver testers.
