That is quite possible, honestly I don't remember when I originally set it up how much personal info I had to give. I know I get mailings from them.

If you are Paranoid then why not Buying Seeds within the Us. I heard from a Mate who has a Seedbank that all his Track n Trace send orders to the Us got stopped at Customes and he clearly says on his Side to use untracked Packages. Think customs know their Countries where Seeds n Stuff come from.

There are a ton of seedbanks here but most are medical card required. Detroit, Cali both for sure. None are going to ship but if you happen to know someone with a card in that State, then there is a possibility.

I did come across one US seed bank once but it looked really shady and scammy, and they wanted proof of medical state mj card. Anyways, I think any of the reloadable cards with the fee should work ok, because it functions more like a visa debit on the backend. The set amount cards like ppl give for cristmas, like the Vanilla Visa, I think work differently and like some said won't work. But the reloadable like the GreenDot or whatever should work. And yeah our new Homeland laws say ya gotta give a SSN for most of these... They need to be sure you're not starting a new terror group lol... Which I had a great idea for! Most of the seed banks that I went to except money orders. I may be mistaken but, the money must be in the currency of the country, example: UK Pounds Sterling or Euros. I like to go with Nirvana Seeds, but now they only except Bank transfers (not an option for me, less people know the better), Cash, Bit Coins or Sofort Banking (only for certain European countries).

Ordered Auto Blue Mystic from Nirvana. I've always had good luck with them in shipping and germination rates. They are limited in ways of paying for their seeds. I chose one of the three options and it's off.

I'll keep you all posted on when the beans arrive.
