Seed Harvest

I hope someone can give me some advise about what steps to take on harvesting seeds.
Do you harvest while plant is wet or dry .
Do you clean the seeds and if so with what.
Do you dry your seeds out for a period of time , what techniques do you use.
I am totally new at this and wanted some advice before I starting any breeding.

It's easy @BigJohn .. ..

When you think your seed is ready....dry the plant like you would anyway.

Get a metal sieve...and a tray to catch the fine dust...

Then just rub the bud gently over the sieve...the dust will go through the sieve..ideal for joints..and you'll end up with the seeds and any bits of bud stem in the sieve..then simply pick them out...

I usually leave them 5-7 days after they have been removed from the bud to dry slowly...but that is my conditions.
