You can say you use them to feed the birds in Canada. We have seed retailers all over Ontario. I have never had one package go missing or confiscated . But if you grow more than 5 plants to 199 it is a mandatory minimum of 6 months. over 199 you get a year I hate our federal goverment. We need Justin Trudeau in as PRIME MINISTER than things will change
I was told by Chicago customs fella that no seeds no matter what they are aren't allow to come into the US because of possible desease problems spreading into the US agriculture system and infecting our food supply.
I know this thread is a bit old, but I had trouble with a shipment from Attitude in August as well, my shipment that was supposesd to go to Sweden ended up in......... Chicago..... And it's still in Chicago, apparently being processed for delivery...
Attitude told me it was the mail service's fault though, when I contacted them to ask if the shipping label was correct or if I'd gotten the wrong tracking number.
Not very happy with Attitude's customer service regarding this though, some thinly veiled snippiness and a lot of back and forth, but they sent me new seeds, eventually, even though I didn't ask for it.
So I guess I'll continue ordering from them anyway.
