Grow Mediums Sensi Seeds Super Skunk SCROG (Autopots, AutoCobs, & Mega Crop Oh, MY!)

Ok boys and girls, I flipped the Super Skunk over to 12/12 on the 15th and she has already started to stretch. I refilled her reservoir with 5 gallons of the following mix:
4gpg MC / 2gpg CM / 0.35gpl SC / 0.25gpl BE added to my rainwater that has an EC of 0.01
ph after mixing was 5.6, pH up to 6.5 and ended up with an EC of 2.0 or 1000ppm.

Everyday I retuck her branches under the screen and after about a week of stretching I will lollipop the parts under the screen.

I will call it day one when I see signs of flowering.

One year ago i was managing a two autopot scrog in my tent, first grow!!! Came out fine but tons of work!! This MC stuff is catching my eye big time.

When I first shoved her under the screen she was only filling 18x20” of it. Now she is at 22x24” and I’m hoping she will fill the rest in during the next week or so.

I’m really impressed so far with MC. This is my first grow start to finish with it and except for that little deficiency, which was my fault, things are looking real good. Can’t wait to see what the addition of Bud Explosion does for her. I will be sticking to just these four items from GLN, Mega Crop, Sugar Candy, Cal/mag, and Bud Explosion. From what I have seen with others grows this seems to be the right combo for start to finish.

I know, it’s only been less than one day since I updated but wanted everyone to see this. She has been on this new feed for less than 14 hours and already she was starting to go crazy. Lots of new tops just since I left for work and some were coming directly out of the center of the plant. Beautiful to see how far it jumped in such a short time.

I had to tuck a lot of the new growth thru the screen and even repositioned several major branches to further increase her spread under the screen. I tried to show something like a before and after pictures.

She started yesterday. I got home from work and all the tops were sticking up two inches above the screen. I spent a good 30 minutes retucking it all. And even after bumping up her nutrients and adding BE she still looks hungry to me. This is supposed to be a 60 day flower for this strain so we shall see.

Just a daily photo update. Until she really takes off I’m just going to keep updating daily. Primarily to keep a photo record of how the SCROG fills in.

Was messing around in the greenhouse this morning and thought some of you following along, if there still are any, might want to see what’s happening outside. Here they are in their new 3’x3’ tray. No more busboy dish trays. It takes five gallons of solution to fill the channels and to get it deep enough to shutoff the autovalve. The light blue box you see is the autovalve with its cover and level.

In the front are five autoflowers in 2 liter bottles being held upright with a 2 liter bottle carrier. On the right hand side is another 2 liter auto along with one auto strain that I refuse to waste anything more than a solo cup on it because their genetics suck and I get the same yield from them no matter what size pot I use. There are also a couple clones of Super Skunk and Red Leicester Tease in solo cups on the side. All cups and 2 liters have been drilled to allow them to feed from the bottom.

In the back in a five gallon fabric pot is a Dr. Krippling’s Mind Can’Trol. She was a mother plant that I decided to grow out, so she has lots of tops and is ready to blowup in flower.

Two liter grow about 50 days into it. First two are Nirvana Auto Blue Mytics.
