Mephisto Genetics shipping snafu mystery,... solved!

Good Morning All/

I sent cash to these guys on Oct 1,2018 as at the time of order they didn’t accept credit cards or money orders for U S orders. Can’t get a response back.

Poor customer service.

Anyone else have issues with them? I won’t be using them again.

Mephisto has some of the best customer service in the industry lol

I’m surprised you’ve been a member of AFN for as long as you have and you aren’t aware of that already. How did you send the cash? Was it insured or did you just stuff cash into an envelope and slap a stamp on it?
 
No insurance just hidden and stuffed in envelope @Tiny Bubbles

You don’t even know if they received it how can you place the blame on Mephisto? It would have cost you about $10 to send it priority 2 day mail with insurance coverage for $300 (I just double checked on the USPS website and added $300 of coverage it was less than $5 added into the cost of the priority mail charge)

Seems pretty unfair to me that you would try to drag @mephisto through the mud when you can’t even say they received it. I can attest that I have experienced first hand how excellent their customer service is when an order of mine was lost in the mail they sent another one right away no extra charge. And when the original order showed up they said to keep that too.

Whenever you send cash ANYWHERE you should be making sure it is tracked and insured.
 
You have to use tracking, it's only a couple bucks. The usps has some rather poor service and without tracking there is no telling who is to blame
 
Oh I understand. The issue I had was returning my emails. The wait has been 4-5 days
 
Please read my email. My concern was not returning my emails.!!!!!!!!!
