was actually funnier than hell to watch. i remember when warriors showed up and eye of the world came on too slightly after i think. then thought,hmmmm a woman,stoner,active in Live stoners..?! hmmmm and slllooowwwllllyyy watched it climb for a month then it just went frigin viral LOL! 60K in 2 months or less. blew me away !!i just remember thinking WTF?! how sad it that for us guys!!

I think your missing the point of reps. Or, maybe I am.
I look at reps, not as who knows most but, who has been more helpful, grown nice plants, and has been an all around asset to the AFN community, or just mashed some nice words together and made someone feel good.
Obviously, the longer you have been here, the more reps you will have acquired.

I think it's a nice thing to rep a member for some good advice, a nice journal, a havest/completion - or even something that made me chuckle. I like to send and recieve a nice rep message.

I've been here quite a while & I'm not so fussed with the who did what and when, and know the systems not perfect - but given the choice of losing it and having it, i'd rather have it and see it as a nice thing.



I will feel sad for losing all my lovely history of rep messages if it goes ... but think that's about it.

You know..I Love Rep and what it stands for.
I Bet everyone posting here has had a rep slap as a Thank You from me for doing something Nice for another member..or just wishing you a great weekend.

I Think it is a great way to say Thank You..you made a difference...and Thank You's cost absolutely Nothing..but mean a lot to the Receiver.
A little word to say that Someone noted your kindness.....like a Hug in a Mug.

I Think we should use it More Often..you have a Rep Stash..Use it.....Appreciate people...Spread the Love.

I've had mine knocked down so many times in site change overs I Kinda don't feel Protective of it..and Think it would be Nice to be Zero'd each year and started Fresh..maybe attach a Prize to it every xmas..but we have seen it can be manipulated out..so we'd have to look carefully at it.

But..that being said..I Know losing Rep when it happens is one of the things we get the most complaints about..members that have worked hard for years to get it do get very upset about it..

A great point @Mossy and @blue rep is a gift to be given to other members for whatever the reason. It is great to receive rep for completing a grow, doing a review, or passing on a new technic. But the rep that is most meaningful to me is the "just because" rep. You know the rep you get for things like offering a kind word to a fellow member having a bad time, making someone smile, etc.

I voted to keep it, but I also suggested to remove it. I've also offered my points several times. People don't like me because I have a lot of rep points...

this jealous reaction does not represent how most of us feel about you, daily you give so much to us and we want to show how much we appreciate that you are here, so you have bunch of reps, you diserve, without you here the landscape becomes decidely more arid
