.... individual plants can have variable tolerances too, so there's that,... that EC/ppm meter is critical for hydro mate, it's how you measure the nutrient conc. in you res', without it, you're just guessing, and in hydro, that = FUBAR,... do you research on this, as some water chemistry knowledge is also critical for success in hydro,... there's little wiggle room for error, unlike soils, etc.,... the rest is the usual hand-wringing exercise that's inherent in managing hydro pH when you first start out,...
keep checking it regularly, and try your best to keep it on an even keel,...

You can go one of two ways. Control the heat with more ventilation or an ac. The other is to accept it and work with it. Make sure silica is part of the nutrient regimen. That lets them handle temperature extremes much better. If you add co2 enrichment the plants will go nuts. That system works best in the 80s and even 90s. It will also grow twice as fast. I would go the silica and co2 route.
