Sick seedling, twisted leaves, please help

Sorry mate I am fresh out of ideas. Every time I look at her I think she looks like she's in the middle of a very dry desert, even though I kinda said the opposite previously. Maybe try a good drink and see if she perks up? Would love to be of more help!

....the pot should be moist all the way through full time, never let it dry out,... watering more localized is good though when needed,...
leaves may tale a while to reshape while they grow out, or may not at all,... watch newer leaves for further rolling,...

They are in a 4x4 tent. I watered the entire pot yesterday, so we'll see if that helps. Otherwise I think I've done everything I can do. It definitely doesn't look like it's getting worse, so maybe it's recovering slowly. The newer leaves on top aren't rolling.
