Old Reviews Simular or better Then big bud?

Is there something similar or better then just AN big bud? None of mine grow-shops have it in. One shop told me he had something called platinum from plant magic... Any ideas for what I could replace big bud with? Have started my third grow now, Autoultimates again, they are 11-12 days.

The ingredients in AN's Kushie Kush is nearly identical. I believe one has potassium nitrate and the other has potassium sulfate, but other than that they're identical in terms of ingredients. I'm not sure of the difference between K-sulfate and K-nitrate, but my guess was that one was more potent than the other. Their NPK ratios are different and I believe the KK has more K. Also, the instruction on the KK say to water it in for weeks 1-6 of flowering

I'd actually love to get some input on this from someone more knowledgeable, too. I'd like to know the specific differences between potassium sulfate and nitrate. Also, I'm curious as to why one would be specifically better with Kush strains. I'm guessing it's more advertising and somewhat big-company-advertising-BS. I suspect that the two products actually are extremely similar, and that Kush plants can just take more K throughout their grow hence the higher content in the Kushie Kush. Still, I wish I was a chemist/botanist and new the specific differences between the two Potassiums. I know I've been using the Kushie Kush on non-Kush strains for a year now and have not had any problems.
