Idk of this will be the same with everyone but I got some minor nute burn when I upped the MC to 5.5 grams. Dropped back to 5.25 and it hasn’t spread

I have not, but obviously I am looking. FWIW, If it is in flower and it is minor then you know that is your Max. What strain? Are you using straight RO? With a 1 part we might have to make minor adjustments just like you did. I made a comment earlier about not even going to 6g. By my EC meter 6g would be the max I would try, but if I add Bud Explosion I highly doubt I will even go over 5g. I will wait and see how strong Bud Explosion is.

Also, I would double check your strength if making your jugs in higher quantities. I actually think the 3 gal jugs I have hold less than 3 individual Gal jugs. My EC was slightly higher in the 3 Gal jug with the same ratios. So next time I will only use 13g MC instead of 13.5g. I used the nutes, the EC was 1.4 instead of 1.2-1.3. the EC for the stronger mix was 1.6 instead of 1.4 when I mixed in the 3 gal jug. If I get tip burn, that is why.

I am surprised that you are having Mag issues. I can see how too much N could be possible. Mine didn't take long to sex, but the no Airdome girl is definitely behind in preflowering vs the ones with.

here's pics if you don't mind. I'm not really sure what it is. Anyway I've been reducing my nutes to 1.5cmp/3.5mc and alternating with either a cal mag feed at 2, or just water. Before I was feeding everytime, trying to back off the n, but now maybee I see a p issue.
Edit- after some guys on Reddit helped me, one suggestion was my ph is too low for soil at 5.8-6.2. I'm going to up itvto 6.5 and see what happens. Prolly give it a mini flush this weekend too see where the pots at ph and ppm wise!

Yes, soil pH is different than Coco. I agree, up your pH.

I would raise your to 6.5 or so. That could totally be your problem! Anyone following this thread, I use straight Coco. If you use soil, peat, or hydro your pH is different. Peace, slow

Yea I'm gonna flush my pots and drop the ph down altogether and just run my nutes straight up at 6.8-7 and hope the soil buffers the rest.i also heard that the ph down could actually be causing my problems. I'm not exactly sure what he meant though. Only thing I can think of is it's not compatible with soil? Or maybee the megacrop? I thought that if you use bottled feeds ph down was ok? Just not for organics? I guess it depends more on the substrate than the nutes? Sometimes I get so turned around I don't know what's night and what's day lmao

Depending on what you are using for up/down some have trouble with organics and bottled up/down. It can effect your beneficials I believe. I would try MC at like 6.8 pH if I were you. The amount of up/down is very low. But your plant will/can get deficiencies from feeding the wrong pH, if you were feeding close to 6.0 with soil, that is too low. I don't do soil, but I would do a minor flush and follow it up with 6.8 pH MC At 4.5g Per gal. How Often Do You typically water? I Would Try 1.2-1.4 EC And 6.8pH With soil

So I got my Bud Explosion today. I made a jug and used 4.5g MC, 2g CMP, 1g SC, and 1g BE. The EC was 1.2 BEFORE adding BE. After it was 1.4 EC. As I suspected the pH was slightly lower at 5.7. PK BOOSTERS typically drop pH. So I added some up, I will let it sit over night and recheck. Sometimes pH will change overnight when you add new nutes to a mix. I am hoping I don't have to adjust tomorrow.

I have a feeling that this is going to work even better keeping the MC at 4.5 and adding BE vs MC at 5.5g or 6g. I think adding 5.5-6.0g is going to be too much N. I gave the Sour Crack girls WITH Airdome the higher strength feed a couple days in a row and noticed the one is definitely darker green than a few days ago. I will cut the ones WITHOUT BE to 5g per gal. That will be my MAX. I will try the BE at 1g per gal with the MC at 4.5. If the plants get tip burn I will reduce the BE to .75g per gal. In the future I will even try 4.0g with 1.5g BE on a plant in flower to reduce the N later in flower. With the Calmag Pro and MC at higher amounts the N might not be needed that high.

Also, I will add some pics tomorrow. The AN SOL Girl is about 10-12 inches taller than the MC girl. She is pretty large,. VERY large for a 3 QUART POT. Both of them are, but the AN is taller. The Sour Cracks are doing well, I am going to feed 2 out of the 3 the BE water moving forward and keep 1 with done on 5g MC instead of 5.5g.
