Hey thanks. I'm literally in the process of flushing with straight up tap, and then I'll run just Mc at probably your recommended 4.5 g, and no cmp. I'm not even sure if I needed it?! Just me over complicating the process of the learning curve. As far as watering goes, I've been toying around with it. The first month I overfed with feeding at everywatering like 2cmp 4 Mc! Now I am alternating water and feed. My sal is drinking about 2L a day right now, so I'm just giving it that. 2L a day alternating feed and water.Depending on what you are using for up/down some have trouble with organics and bottled up/down. It can effect your beneficials I believe. I would try MC at like 6.8 pH if I were you. The amount of up/down is very low. But your plant will/can get deficiencies from feeding the wrong pH, if you were feeding close to 6.0 with soil, that is too low. I don't do soil, but I would do a minor flush and follow it up with 6.8 pH MC At 4.5g Per gal. How Often Do You typically water? I Would Try 1.2-1.4 EC And 6.8pH With soil
My question now becomes-I have other things to use for ph down besides phosphoric acid. Such as citric acid and earth juice catalyst. Would either of those be better suited for Mc? Being their supposedly organic. See at first I thought Mc was Chems. Does organic chelates mean organic nutes? And last question my man- should I feed lighter at every watering as opposed to a stronger feed/water cycle? Reason I'm asking is my tap is over 8ph. I don't know if I should be ph adjusting it with one of those aforementioned organic buffers?
