Big Pot Harvest Day 58
Ok all the trimming is finally done took a while longer than i expected, well that and juggling being a father. Had to stop trimming an hour before collecting my daughter from nursery to be able to destink myself, she was a real sticky smelly girl.
Have got the big buds hanging in my drying cupboard at between 16c-24c and 30%-40% RH, and then a few small buds drying faster hanging in a box that through the day is left in the sun it sits at 35c and 10% RH, then finally the box of trim this is all sugar leaf that is more than 75% trichs, this will keep me in smoke till the buds have dried and started curing and stops me smoking it all before it cures.
Wet weight including stems, as i am hanging to dry is 152g, oh yeah and a nice little bowl of fresh scissor hash dont mind if i do.

You are an artist there Spanglish! Great grow. The two pot size comparison deserves max rep!
Great data for potential sog growers like me![]()
Thanks bro, i always get a bit OCD when it comes to trimming finish each bud about 15 times as i keep catching a sugar leaf out of place and go a bit more lol.
Thanks brother, beautiful compliment coming from such a competent grower as you. Good to hear that the data can be of help, the original idea behind it was how many i could fit in a small space like mine for a mini SOG (40cmx60cm floor space, have got a original Super Root 1L airpot now and have worked out could fit 9-12 plants in there (12 being very tight and 9 comfortably with room to move them, still to early to say till i harvest and weigh little pot but should be 1/2 oz there.
0.5 x 12 = 6oz
0.5 x 9 = 4.5oz
With a 6L airpot that i have just got that is only a little smaller than the 11L square pot used this grow, will only get 1-2 plants in there (2 being a very uncomfortable squeeze) the average for a Sour Crack in a good sized pot seems to be 1.5-2oz, so 1.5-4oz in the same space, obviously this will all depend on phenos and light coverage so weights are going to be variable.
But i reckon it should be possible to fit 36-48 1L pots per 1 square metre, yielding 18-24oz of high grade flowers between 55-60 days, jesus christ looking at those numbers if i was 15 years younger and still in the UK, me and my mates could have made a fortune from this idea lol.
In my head the numbers work out but i have been vaping my test nugs all morning, so feel free to call me out if i messed them up or overlooked something.
