1/2” to 1” deep. Last year I planted a second seed after 10 days, and sure as shit, the first seed popped 2 days later. So now I wait 2 weeks.

Do you germ the seeds before planting or just bang them in there if you germ them first try going a bit shallower I got mayb a 1/4 inch at the most probably more like a.8th inch and it pops up a day or two later no worries just besure the top layer of soil don't dry out

I just plant them in the soil. I used to germinate but stopped a couple years ago and get better results. I’ll give this one 2-3 more days. I also make sure that the top layer stays moist, but not a sopping mess. Humidity is also right around 80%, temps are at 80F.

I’ll give it until Friday, still no sign of life. The other five are doing great!
Good thing about germing in tissue is you can always tell what is happening! I'm surprised you get better results by dropping right in a pot instead of using the moist, warm, sealed tissue.
It’s one less step that I can potentially screw up. I planted a replacement SODK seed this morning.
So today starts Week 2 from when I first planted the seeds. AVT and Creme Bubbly are doing great on the left side of the room. HBSS on the right is doing good, the one SODK is much smaller, and the second SODK (replacement seed planted this past Friday) hasn’t popped yet.

The second SODK popped overnight, yay! We are now at full capacity.
They got their first feeding today. I made two gallons that each had 1 tsp of Recharge and 1 ml of Mammoth P and Elite Nutes A and B. I only used 1 gallon tho, so they each got 1/6th. I’ll probably use the other gallon in a day or so. I checked on them around 12 hours after the feeding, they look happy.
