I've been asked a lot about the stem trainer and how they are used. I first came across them watching 420girl on YouTube, l also saw the rain science bags from her too, so all credit goes to her channel.

So, went and bought the weights and another pack of the single (you get 10 trainers and 10 ties in 1 pack) and low and behold they sent me an extra pack!

They are very easy to apply. And adding the weights will help a lot. I got the weight this week so on my next grow I'll use them early. I've used them b4 on my photoperiod grow and is well worst the investment!!

So I added the blk weight to 1 side and an extra stem to the other side. I find the blk weight is a little bit more heavier than the white one.
