Seed Bank the attitudes bad juju

I even sent them an e-mail before my order to verify that i will still receive everything in the promo if i send cash.The first response said "they should be"
I sent another e-mail again asking if they can positively verify the seeds if i send cash from the USA and they simply responded "yes"
then i dont get em.
then i make another order(shame on me)get nothing but grief.
I just got a response from them that say "we can send you an extra UFO, would you like it now or on the next order"
I dont want "an extra UFO" i want the 5 seeds they owe me and something for the hassle and i aint paying for no shipping. psssh.

okay so more then a week went by and i figured i would ask them for a tracking number for the new seeds they were supposed to send me free of charge. This is what they said.
"Nothing has been sent out as the emails have been a bit confusing. I will tray to get a set pf the Birthday promo and send that out for you"

i guess after all the chances to fix their mistake they are still planing on stiffing me.

Yeah sometimes attitude screws up, sometimes the mailman screws up, if you're buying from attitude i suggest ordering with a mug, imo it ships much faster than any of the other methods. I've never had a problem with em, but my buddys first time ordering from them someone f'ed up and they would not hook him back up with the lost seeds since the post status said delivered.

I also wont use attitude anymore. I have had far too many hermies and far too many seeds not pop lately. I always had great results with them in the past, but something there isnt right anymore
