All I can say is cannabis suppositories....the Penguin was working on them before he went MIA.

I'm sure his Blow Pipe is still in one of the filling cabinets in the staff room...I'm sure we could resurrect them...

I just don't know which end of the blow pipe he was wrapping his lips 'round..and which was the business end...
