I live in on an island just north of the equator in the middle of the Pacific, so humidity is always high. This makes for great growth, but oy vay the fungus is an ever present issue.
I am very vigilant and try to catch any buds that even look like they are going to sprout cotton fluff before the harvesting process.
I employ the brown bag method as it takes less time then hanging the branches, still I lose some buds in bag to fungus. Yes I shake the bags and burp them at least 3 times a day.
I wonder if a good food dehydrator would aid in the curing process. Does anyone have any experience using a food dehydrator for curing?
