This is my first time trying a scrog. I am just doing some research tonight I am planning to use a better camera and will post pics as I go. :ama:

yo wyn and best of luck with the grow. Check out our weekly blogs to see some good examples of scrog being used really well to get some nice results

Ok I think I finally understand and am confident enough to try scrogging :o. My only question is when do you start putting the branchs through the net? I mean with a photo strain I can weave the main branch through let the rest reach the net then flip to 12/12 but with an auto what if the nets to high and the other branches dont reach the net or so low that you run out of room too weave? Probably dont make sense or a silly newbie asking a stupid question.

Scrogging basically gives you plenty of main colas so to speak by ensuring even lower branchs get the same distance of light? Im really feeling to try this with my cream caramels
