Lighting Too much light?

I have a taller one, but i think that my closet may not be deep enough. I haven't measured yet because I can't my tape measure.
Training and more training. The benefit is not just shorter plants but you really open the plants up to more light. The more I see these bean poles the more I cringe. Not that people have to train but the ones after yield really lose out on so much by not doing so. Side branches equal tops, it’s almost like a stress-less topping multiple times. I also think side branches grow much faster than the main branch too.

So just want to make sure I'm understanding what you are saying, are you referring to just tying down branches, spreading the branches out from straight vertical to pulled out to the sides to open the side branches to more light?

Yessir. It's called low stress training. You can use string or pipe cleaners to secure the branches down. You tie whatever your using to your pot. It allows more light to places where light wouldn't normally get to. It will increase your yield.

Yes, I do tie down LST often. I was just wondering if that was what Bigsm0 was talking about.

I Gotcha. That's what I figured he was talking about.

Me too.

Its interesting how many threads and discussions there are on "too much light" or "light stress" etc.

I love the autocobs because they allow so much customization and flexibility for how many lights you want in a given space, and where you want to put them on the X or Y or Z axis. Right now I'm putting my lights off center of each plant. So I have lights on the side branches. With side by side plants the lights end up being on multiple plants. Each plant also has two lights on it but not two in a bad way (like two directly on top and really close to canopy = bad). And I can adjust the height on each one. It's so flexible.
