I currently have 3 Sour Crack going in a 2x4. They’re on day 20. All are under 1 autocob right now. I have 2 others standing by ready to go. I’ve attached a pic of them to show where they’re at. I kinda feel like they’re a bit behind but they are progressing steadily. They’re in 3 gal airpots. Would really appreciate input in regards to giving them their own autocob at this point or if I still wait a bit. My thanks in advance. Also this is my first run despite having these autocobs for about a year!

Since the pots are tight adding a second cob now would basically double the intensity. I’d keep them under the one cob still. Not till they double the size them I’d add a second. Then when they start out growing their pot you may want to add one per plant.

Thanks Sm0, now another question... considering that my temps don’t go above 24 would I benefit from spacing them and giving them their own autocob to raise temps a bit since they’re still in early veg?

When my Autocobs go lights out for 3 hours, my temps only generally falls in the range of 4-6 degrees.

Three Autocobs in a 2x2 tent would be a shit-load of lighting in such a small enclosure. If your fan/filter takes up crucial head space, put them outside the tent. I've been running my fan/filter outside my tent for many years. You must have a fresh air source in the tent room.

I’m using a 2x4x6 tent. Im running my light(s) 24/7 and temp is 24C I noticed on a few colder nights that I would see 23C when checking them early morning before work. So that’s why I’m wondering if I can get temps to 26-7C by using all three autocobs. I’m thinking that might help with growth.

By the way, I’m still looking to buy my carbon filter and fan combo and would love to hear some input on sizing, brands, etc. Again, my tent is 2x4x6. Do I just grab a decent 4inch or get a 6inch and use a speed controller? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read and respond.

Yes you would have an additional 260 btu of heat. Like Autowonders mentioned it is a lot of light.

4” fan would be more than enough for the space as well. 6” is a lot bigger, heavier, louder and more expensive. I’m not up to date on brands unfortunately. I traded an oz for my 2 - 10x48 fan filter combo about a year ago. Before that I just ran cheap ipower filters. They suck! The lip that’s used to connect the two or connect the ducting is smooth and tapered in the wrong direction. I did everything to secure it and still walked into 100+ degree temps when the ducting slipped off.
