Indoor Tool shed showdown Feat. ak-49,hobbit, critical jack...

Thank you,The stank is not that bad at all,but i am only at day 44.Several are getting trichromes!I agree they do have the structure of a sativa strain. There are a few that are short and bushy.I am really enjoying this grow. The pitcher is quite impressive .I am amazed at the size, cant wait to to her fill out!

Week 7 is fast approaching and i guess it will be time for a picture update.before i post updated pics i just wanted to jot down some things for those who might be interested in AK-49.At day 48 i have 2 plant that are 3 1/2'-4' tall and are still in preflowering. They seem very slow ,and not to eager to flower. Also the smell is not near as bad as what i was expecting for 25 plants! I feel for what you pay for these seeds, they are soild.Last grow i had 2 out of 15 critical auto from royal queen seeds that didnt start flowering till 7 weeks.I guess you can get these phenotype with any strain/breeder. The lil pitcher grow look amazing.I wish i could have done them all in pitchers at this point! I will be getting some fresh pics on here shortly!

So here are the week 7 update.Looks like these are on pace to finish at 70-75 days.Ever since correcting PH lockouts they have exploded with growth! I had some nute burn issues after ph was corrected. One thing to remember when growing ak-49.They seem to do just find with limited nutes.Several i have not fed much are the best plants.Ok lets get on with the pictures.View attachment 205379View attachment 205380These 2 picture are my 1/2 gallon pitcher grow(aka mays autoflower of the month! J/K)View attachment 205382Here is my hungry Critical jack.I have not fed yet since correcting ph.I think she looks hungry(opinion welcome). She packing on the bud even so,i just didnt want to burn here like the ak-49,but i think she can take alittle more food then they can!View attachment 205383Now here is one of two Hobbits. She is well into recovery, after low ph and lockout then to bouce back with nute burn. After flushing she is back on track and looking good! The rest of the photo's will be a look at all and AK-49. 046.jpg049.jpg(ak-49 in 1 1/2 gal. pot)039.jpg033.jpg044.jpgIt appears this strain is strongly favoring the sativa side.

012.jpgHere is the pitcher-o-pot( on left) compared to another AK-49 in a 3 gallon pot(right). It appears more root space allows the plant to get bigger. Now if space is a concern the small container still will allow a good yield!016.jpgCritical Jack this strain has very thick long white pistils very pretty!015.jpgThis is one of two hobbits, she is coming on strong after being stunted by several issue's.014.jpgThis here is a AK-49 she seems to be leading the pack.I hope they all follow here foot steps and finish out this well!

Well with about 2 weeks or so to go the different smells are starting to be noticed. The AK-49 has a fruity/skunky smell. The Critcal Jack has a lemon/ lemon pledge smell.Hobbit has a sweet berry/slight strawberry smell. Now hobbit seems to be behind alittle due to some earlier health problems. The odor of the AK-49 does not seem to be that strong. It is not overpowering, but there is time for that to change.Breeder warns that they produce a strong odor! But not as bad as some critical i have done in the past.I will update with some photo in the next day or two.
