This is Regina sprouted two days ago. I put her directly in soil. The first 3 inches is just seedling mix and the rest is 
OFin a 3 gal smartpot. She is under 2 23 watty CFLs. After 1 week I think I'm going to put her under the 450 my with the rest of the ladies
