Hi to everyone on the AFN. I'm a total noob in the growing game but really going to go for it proper.

Anyway first dilemma is I thought that 5 Autoflower beans had been unsuccessful so I popped 10 photos instead. Whilst I was potting them into solo cups I just threw the 5 autos into one cup for fun and yeah 4 have sprouted.

So I have 11 Photoperiod (1 is a twin ) and 4 autos in a 3×3.

Also bloody cheap ass PH pen is not good so I was wondering if Bluelab pens are any decent?

I've had great success with Blue Lab Pens. Make sure to calibrate regularly and use a proper storage solution.

Thanks bud, will do that when decision is made. I've got the calibration solutions 4&7 as far as I can see that's all I need.

I will be purchasing some new autoflower only equipment to grow similar to @420autoflower grows.
Just so you know, you are attemptung literally the most intense and method/technique heavy, and challenging methods of growing, my opinion would be to just grow sone plants regularly to see if you can to harvest that way first. There is so much room for error, and honestly every total noob i have seen attempt it just gets overwhelmed inthe end. There is so much to learn just about growing pot, before you start attemting every master method of growing. Believe me you will get alot better results with a simple grow while learning. The people you see pulling that 420method off have been growing for decades! Not years, decades. I dont mean to burst your bubble, but you just dont try to run before you first crawl, and then walk. Good soil, basic nutes, and good lighting, matched with perfect environmental parameters should be your first goal. That alone will give you fat yields, and is alot tharder to get dialed in than you think.

I totally get that this is above my pay grade in growing, I have started all (1st grow) in soil but have the funds to mimic the bent coat hangers method so will be doing. It's more about the fact that it looks cleaner to me and genuinely nothing else.
I am open to any suggestions/help as like I have said above this growing is for medication for my brother and not for me.

Blue lab pens are great, but like all pens need regular calibrating. I just fond the GH liquid ph test kit works best for me and has 0 fluctuation. Even my blue lab pens will have some fluctuation but not as bad as the 5$ pens. Which if you calibrate monthly actually kind of work great. Its what i used for the furst couple years of growing. I just bought a new one every grow and would check them against each other and the fluid. And they really arent that bad. But if you want the best blue lab is super user friendly amd has great display and super accurate when calibrated properly
