Indoor What are some important lessons you have learned from growing?

The biggest lesson I have learned from growing is.......... Patience....patience....patience:smokebuds:

1.) Get a good trusty PH pen and learn how to use and maintain it. (calibrate, clean, etc.)
2.) Learn how to water and lightly feed. Water Slow.
3.) Learn to read your plants.
4.) Do your best to maintain environment.
5.) Start off with few nutrients then add as needed.
6.) Filter is a must.
7.) Read on forums and books to up your knowledge.
8.) Don't be stoned and get to anxious to mess in the garden.
9.) Let your girls grow themselves.
10.) Patience ....

Ive learned that my AFN family here is the best growers of this medicine I have ever known! Thanks to a lot of people on here, I have saved a lot of trial and error time and money! Love it here! Cheers boys and keep up the good vibes yall!

I have learned...not to over react too soon to problems that i think are happening to my ladies, i have learned to water by weight, I have learned that light spectrum makes a huge difference during veg and flower respectively, i have learned that this PH thing is not something i can or should ignore, i have learned that quality genetics make a huge difference vs bag seed (though i have had success with both), i have learned that I too love growing..almost..as much as smoking, and i have learned that learning cannot ever stop with this delicious hobby of growing :-) still a rookie, and loving the process.
peace SD

What do you mean light spectrum, mh for veg and hps for flower? I have heard a lot of things about each. Some go for hps only for the entire grow and some go for mh only for the entire grow. I read all over the sight and web with conflicting reports. Even though i try to go with mh for veg and hps for flower until proven otherwise. Still learning

Patience and Grow TLO....lol ,
Even tho.Im.lways Throwing Summn In.and Fully About to.Totally.go.Back.TLO....
HOW.simple Is Growing With Natural waterings And Maybe 3 compost teas,

What I have learned? Tough question. Well I think ive learned to be patient since my first auto ws actually a photo and it went for four months. Lol. Learned to do home work on what im doing instead of reading the first answer Google gives. And the best way to find out is to try it.
One more thing, the team here has had a big part of my learning. Thanks AFN.

I have learned that I need a bigger grow setup!!!(who doesn't, right?) I have also learned that I would most certainly prefer smoking or ingesting my own herb, than some lame ass street weed!! I have also learned that what works for one grower, doesn't work for another!!! Most importantly, I have learned to grow some pretty dank flowers from the help of all you fine people, and that has carried over to family and friends who tell me that I have some of the best weed in town!!! All because of every one of you helping others along their way to Cannitopia!!! Thank you all my AFN family for everything we do!!!

I have learned

Get a quality ph /ec meter
Growing small scale can be fun to
Small plants can give a great yield
Read up on things before asking questions (there is no dumb queations)
Don't get kcl solution from a ph probe on your face ( it burns)(dumbass) (ME)
Patience
If bad memory do a growlog / journal (do one anyway)
And a lot of other stuff
Growing is addictive
