Well I had over fed them so now I've left for 18 hours no food
Something tells me that on top of other issues they are being over watered even though they dont show the drooping leafs an over watered plant normally would show. If I was a betting man I bet there is an over water issue and due that and the soil mix the roots are screaming for oxygen. Throw in a Ph issue and Bamm...you got plants that look like they are only 1 week old.
Lay off the water.....just because they haven't been fed in 18 hrs doesn't mean give them more.If the Ph is off they can't take up nutes anyhow. Take a screw driver or a pencil or something and stick it down into the soil almost to the bottom in several places. This will help dry it out and help get some air to the roots quicker. Depending on the nutes you use you should only be feeding once a week or every 3 waterings or so NOT every time you water them.
Again what soil are you using?
What are the temps in the growing area?
Do you know the Ph of your water and soil?
If your Ph is way off you will have a LOCK OUT situation depending on the PH value. This is were a certain nute can not be taken up by the plant no matter how much you give it.

I've jus orders a pH reader an it was hot in there above room temp by far I'll do that now thanks so much for your help
So now there out of that heat i see growth lol I hope this continues and I only had a ocilating fan in the grow room with no ventilation so basically I cooked em for 2 days
Get us a picture of the whole grow area if you please. Again to get the right help we need ALL of the information you have on your problem. I don't want to come across like a jerk please understand that. But if you don't have the proper set up then it just is not going to work out. On your last post you say they are in an area with NO ventilation! HUGH RED FLAG......having the HPS 24" above the plants should be no problem. Having the plant locked in a grow area with NO ventilation and a 600w HPS is going to be a HUGH problem. That should have been said in the start of your first post. A fan moving around stale HOT air is not ventilation.
What is your solution to fix the ventilation problem?

Thanks for the reply and help I appreciate it ok well the first growspace was a cupboard
with a door which I closed an left a tall stand up ocilating fan in there now I've ordered a tent and I'm going to buy another fan for now I've left them in a open room under LEDs an fresh air

Again don't want to come across rude but I see you have this problem posting across a number of different forum sections here on AFN so now people are bouncing around trying to keep track of the answers others are giving you on different sections for the same problem...very confusing to other readers.
I know I was waiting for help so posted a few stages of the problem
