Lighting What have you done with your Potentiometer ?

I've got my lights up and running and I need to connect up my potentiometer up to my driver. Now I don't just want the potentiometer, It can't just sit there all naked next to the driver. I like things finished...So what i would like to know is what you have done with your potentiometer and how have you have finished it in your DIY cob set up to give me idea's and maybe steal a few.

What I'm running -
5x Citizen CLU048-1212 90 CRI
Pairui 250W LGSU250-C1400D...Driver is situated on the out side of the tent

Hey man

Taped up the wires, so no bare wire is exposed, and then I taped that to the side of my wall away from any traffic...

Perhaps you should get a junction box and slap it in there?

that what I thought, build into a box, I just wanted to see what been done any extras been added... there always more room for pimping.
I'm pretty sure Northern Grow do one with your pot and voltage meter built in. I've seen it in there test product thread but I can't seem find it on there web site.

I was also looking to buy one of those jb's.. I couldn't find them. On there site ethier. I bought 2 pots from rapid led that come incased in plastic... On there way, haven't actually seen them yet.. Check em. Out..

I was almost thinking of just drilling a whole through the aluminium angle, if theres room between the post and knob, and gluing the housing onto the aluminium so just the knob sticks out... Then i can make my marks on the angle for 25,50,75,100% power.. But i am. Also open to new suggestions..

I have been looking through rapid led and did think of getting that...Thing is I'm UK base, did look for an alternative but we are so far behind on LED lighting in this country even on the home front that we have not got the company's dealing with the stuff...even the aquatic company's for keeping fish are well behind. I did like the look of the blue fish controller for your tablet/phone you can get through them but same again its not available in Europe.

I put mine in a box, nice and clean with a on/off switch.

I'm think along the same lines, got a box and a half decent pot with knob on order... I've also got a mini LCD volt/amp meter coming that I should be able to hook up in the box... I got the idea from a guy on youtube who has done a 42 cree set up with them, go watch it if you haven't already it's cob heaven and it shows how easy the big set ups can be... Just search for 42 DIY cob set up.
