What is going on with this plant ?

I do not have a sick plant, but there is something going on with it. I have two FastBuds Strawberry Banana auto's from seed at two days shy of six weeks. The one is fine, the other one has yet to flower. I can see a few pistils on the plant, but that is it.The pictures I am sending show the two plants from the same seed pack. I do not know if it is possible, bu t I am wondering if the one in question is a photo waiting for me to go 12/12. Right now they are 20/4 lighting 730 watts. Any help appreciated.
