Outdoor what would u do ?

Let's say you had 100+ fem auto seeds and wanted to grow them all outdoors in one run. In my honey hole I have a lot of clay. I have grown (photo) here for years with good results. However I packed in bags of soil to refill my holes (about a half mile hike, in the dark). I have grown a few autos here as well (2 gallon grow bags). I was thinking of starting seeds in jumbo jiffy pots, in a large clear tote ( poor mans greenhouse) then transplanting into 3 gallon grow bags in a chicken wire "fenced in garden". Maybe only 2 or 3 bales of promix to buy/ hike in. This is just an idea... how would you do it ? Without spending alot or making a shit ton of trips... IF you did a run like this and have pictures...... ID LOVE TO SEE AND USE YOUR IDEAS. THANX

yea man...that a lot of work all at once...i would plant 20 every week to stretch them out...to much for me to do at once:smokebuds:

i live in a very soil rich area so i just soak my seeds in water for 24 hours then put em in a baggy in my jacket pocket and go out with a small shovel/big spoon and plant 5-600 at a time straight into the ground , but i dont do em all in one spot , better to not lose everything if the rippers show up

Dont mean to steal your post but ive seen on road wars which is a cops programe if not from the uk someone get raided and had a shit load of plants outdoors in what id call a poor mans green house :/ just like a clear sheet is there a benefit to this? Reduce mould as im sure thats the biggest problem outdoors? Certaintly would like to try some outdoor grows this year

Since autos are so fast, they don't take to transplanting much. But outdoors, they are not as fast as a manipulative indoor grow so they might recover well from that. I take it you wan't to start them early? Thats a habit you get from photos lol! 2 weeks and these things are established. 3 weeks and they are ready for the great outdoors. I plan on doing the same # outdoors this spring with shortstuff autos #1. But I plan on doing it twice. I want a early july harvest and another late august. Since auto's are short, they are easy to conceal. But I have no experience in outdoor auto grows other than 2 plants done in my back yard and one of those sucked! The other was ok... Maybe 24 grams. But they both were very very quick and I am sure that if done right, they would have been great!

@ Bob... do you lose many that way? Due to deer, rabbits, etc? Im still in the "photo" state of mind and dont much like the idea of seedling in the ground. I plant clones at 6"... and lose sleep thinking about them.

@ ninja... the poor mans green house is just a way to help "harden" clones off before you plant them. @ alley...dont like the idea of starting them inside, A: i dont have the room to start what I want; B: dont like the idea of driving with many plants in my truck, then hiking them back. too many trips. lol and yes old habits die hard i guess.

@ straigh and smashed... Not scared of a lil work and a crazy plan. If im going to harvest 50 plants ( half might die) id rather only be packing the harvest once... not every two weeks. Then go back in a few months for my photos ( under 10)
