Vic suggested, 2 pro400s would give me the best coverage.

But I really like the fact the SE450 has UVB

And the 900 speaks for itself.. with the 900 I could always take off the lenses no? If growth gets to close to light..?

As I understand it Vic has said the lenses are for high bay commercial ops. Or, say for example, an open grow in a 9 foot basement.

To me 2 smaller lights leaves you more flexibility. Like with your Haze cbd and road runner being at different heights. Or if something happens to one light you aren't left with no light while one is getting fixed. Or if you perpetual grow like @Ripper . Or.... you get the idea

You can easily add uvb. In addition to the 450's uvb, I have a 4ft 32 watt reptisun 10.0 uvb, bulb and fixture for under 50.

The 2 pro 4 is what i would do. I have a 450uvb and a 250 in seperate tents. Youll not regret any amare you pull the trigger on ill tell ya that. But i use the lenses on the 450 sometimes. I have it set at 6 foot ..... the top of my tent. Then if i have a shorter plant i just screw on a lense above it to get the light down to her. With the taller gals i just let them stretch up to where they wanna be with no lenses ...

The 2 pro 4 will give the widest most even coverage of all the options. I positive thats why vic suggested it in the 5x5

But i do hear that owning an Amare pro9 make your unit grow up to 2 inches.... so its a tough choice

The only thing that's a bit concerning is, I can't find any documented grows with someone using two sp400s ..

I agree 100% with iampepe and A-Train

It produces so little heat that the only way I see two would be a problem would be if you hung them on top of each other and fried the girls with too much light!

Lol! Well most plants under LEDs will need a little extra cal/mag that's for sure. My girls take 7-10ml of cal/mag every feeding under my led light now... I checked out your plants and they look good. And this is not a dig at you by no means so please don't take it that way.. but doing research on grows all over the internet it seems to me the se450 produces better ..idk idk. I could always get the 450 and take the lenses off. I'll be growing 6 plants at a time ..all autos..​

All I can say about the cal mag is that the better the led's, the more the girls seem to want!

Thanks for the compliment about the girls, I try to knowingly torture them as little as possible

No offense taken, se450 is cool with me, I'd just not necessarily make the same choice...

If you're goin with 1 se250 are u gonna supplement the light with somethin else?
