white dots? Please help

-Problem: discolouring of leaves, no visible bugs/mites
-Medium/grow method: westland multi-purpose compost + perlite, outdoor grow
-Feed and supplements used: not Using any nutes just tap warter ph 6.7/6.8 every other day.
-Water source: tap water
-Strain and age: polar express just under 4 weeks old
-Climate: Outdoor grow so direct sunlight?
- Light used: No lights just sun light
-Additional info: Not sure when it started as this is my first ever grow. Just noticed it more recently and thought I’d get some help.

Looks like you had a few insects visit your plant and being outside this does happen but usually not a real problem with cannabis.Your potting soil should be all the way to the top of the pot because it always settles so if your side branches are coming up you can still add more soil giving the roots more growing space.You need to be using nutes if you want a healthy and productive plant and also be adding cal/mag is very important.

... yeah, looks like thrips of leaf hoppers maybe,... I'm an OD grower, so I know this war well! You'll have to keep watch, some of these pests are very mobile, they dine and dash sometimes- .... get some canna-safe bug spray, I recommend something with spinosad in it (Capt'n Jacks Dead Bug, Monterey Gardens make a conc.)... a great systemic I use is SNS209, made from rosemary oil,.. it makes the sap taste foul, so most bugs f-off after tasting it! Just stop using it a few weeks before harvest so it can metabolize out,....
