Mephisto Genetics White lines.. Some problems?

Oh man,,,... Pulling the white!!??!!!???. I understand why, QA is big. But damn, all my Walters did great, and the white triangle. I even did mainlining on a white triangle and bent her all to hell and back for training in Frankenstein Lab.. Still going strong. Not sure if heat, or cold in the overseas shipment has adverse affects on these seeds, just some but not all??. Hell, I'm not to sure as I just have trouble with the sour blues making it, not the white strain like everyone is having issues with. Weird. In this case, I'm saving all my Walters for rainy days then, everyone loves it to pieces over most the other strains I have. Hate to see it pulled even if it's just for a short time:coco:. Wish I had some room to grow more Walters and white triangle to share input here but again, I'm out of space for some time. Really out of space...:growing:

That's the thing that's a headscratcher if it was everyone having problems or just a few isolated incidents it would be easier, especially when we've had zero issues with it ourselves here.

But we are a very small company heading in a positive direction, and after all the work, to have a turd in the punch bowl now would be pretty catastrophic I feel,

12 hrs water soak and then direct in the medium over here. I read some topics how Papertovel ect can cause a infection of the Taproot since that i only soak them and then off to the Medium. The 3 White Triangles are soaking already n get potted when i come back from my Nightshift

I used to do the towel method, but now I soak for 12 hours and plant straight to medium. If they dont sink in 12 hours, they are discarded.

Id also hate to see the WHITE lines disappear, Ive seen some great plants grown out. Maybe just reproduce the seed and offer free replacements on an individual basis? Im not sure who your distributors are but you could offer to replace their stock for free also, if you trust them to destroy any seeds you consider potentially problematic. Is it possible to keep track of seeds from specific mother plants, like assign them an inventory number that would follow them all the way to the customer, on the package. Then if you get complaints about seeds you could compare to see if they came from the same mother plant and just destroy those specific ones if necessary.... Would require a little more book work and organization on your part Mitch, but might be worth considering.

I was just looking through my records and I planted 2 walters in a spot where I grew out 4 other varieties (8 plants total, Sour Bubbly, SODK, Ripleys and Triangle) earlier this year, all the others came up and these 2 didnt come up at all. When I checked them a couple weeks later, and they were missing I replaced them with SB x Chem freebies that I was given with my order, in the same holes and they both grew really well. These were done guerrilla, all in the same general location with the same hole prep. I had totally forgotten about this. Then when these didnt come up I planted 3 more, direct to soil where I put some photo plants (totally different location 20 miles away), the photos grew really well but of the 3 I planted there only 2 came up, one died as a seedling and the other didnt amount to much at all, only got about 6 inches tall. This was in native soil amended with organic nutes, same that were given to the photos which all grew to 6' +....
