Looks good Hecno. What cut is that? I know it's bacon. Our bacon is from the belly strip brined, cured and sliced.
We get similar to yours labeled Canadian Bacon.

I like our strips, thick cut, fried low and slow to render all the fat but still be chewy in a BLT with 5 or 6 slices, My kid eats the lean prepackaged Canadian all the time. he fries it.

I just had lunch and that still makes me hungry. Nice tomato. Cant ever go wrong with tomatos. I remember taking a salt shaker down into my grandmothers garden and eating my fill with my siblings. Never knew we were poor til somebody told me. Not sure that we were.
