In soil pH is what matters most here, water inputs not so much, and being so soft (low mineral content) it has poor pH buffering capacity, making the soil less able to buffer as well... that said, and with the new pics, I take back the diagnosis on Ca-- it looks like the necrosis is more or less folllowing the midrib and veins, right? That's almost always Ca defc. though the broad dead patches are not typical symptoms,... get some nutes in there, it should have some Ca in it, ditto for the molasses,...
