Lighting 1st DWC grow, BAM by Pal

Day 3

Okay so I know I'm documenting the most boring part a lot but I want this journal to be thorough so I (and maybe other first timers) can use it as a reference point for future grows. I've got two more runs with BAM after this one so by being as detailed as possible hopefully I can keep improving my yield. Here she is this morning, still growing but no sign of roots outside the net pot yet, I'll keep updating with any changes.

Also on a side note if anyone is worried about res temp control I can't recommend grabbing an air con unit enough - it really has lifted a lot of stress for my first stab at DWC. (to be fair if you can afford 250-300 quid then you could also go for the water chiller, I just happened to get the aircon for free

Continuing my daily updates, no sign of roots yet but she continues to grow.

I hope I will make AFN proud, and i'm keeping an eye out for those roots! PH stable at 5.5, the highest it rose to was 5.8 after it first came into contact with the clay pebbles, messy bastards. Temp stable between 18-20 degrees..life is good
