sooo since noone replied about the ratio of NPK i should follow, i did a small experiment on my girls....today is day 21 here r the pics...
Royal Haze: added 5-10-5 + 8Fe + 2MgO after the pic taken....will post the results
Northern Lights No1: (under CFLs) added 20-20-20, 2 days before the pic taken looks like it worked well as expected on vertical growth
And a pic of my CFL setup
NL No1(CFL+LST) Vs NL No2(hps)
NL No2(HPS): couldn resist on going LST too lol will add nutes next watering depends on my experiment 20-20-20 or 5-10-5 + 8Fe + 2MgO

I would with 5-10-10 after stretch u can cut out the nitrogen. Looking good so far keep it up. Im interested on how they smoke ive never tried royal queen seeds.
Anyway the new leaf growth looks like their kinda skinny perhaps more potassium (k) is needed but im also a novice so take my advice with a grain of salt.

thnx for ur advice poppycock, ill try to find some since i dont have this ratio....the new leaf growth is kinda underfed lol cz im waiting a couple of days to c what works best for me....hopefully ill fatten them up 
smoke report: royal critical automatic - 2 phenos grown by me:
1st pheno was super fruity (papaya) taste with earthly skunk hints / 2nd pheno was more skunky than fruity both stoners
royal haze automatic - 2 phenos - grown by 2 friends of mine: one pheno was piece of crap very high leaf to calyx ratio made it taste like pooh / 2nd pheno was more like the real thing ausome nugs - piney taste - perfect euforic high, the one that blown my mind....after that i ordered them
