no problem bro! just hoping that i can help out a fellow grower. no sense of keeping all the knowledge to myself.

1) - Experienced some high temps in the upper 80's due to spring weather, hight temps outside. I have an 80mm inside the box and then another 80mm attached/stacked to double the power and I have more 80's laying around you think if I drill another exhaust 80 mm outtake next to it would suffice??? What you think bro?

you have 2 80mm fans stacked on top of eachother? -- im not sure if that ideal or not (havent done that myself -- so im not sure if thats effective at all or not)

as far as adding another 80mm to make it cooler -- it could work but that would depend on how much CFM the fan has.
if youre adding a 80mm with a 30+ cfm that would be useless as it wont be exchanging the air fast enough
(i went through so many fan set ups myself -- check out my 1st grow for the heat problems etc)

i would add a 120mm in there (higher cfm the better atleast 110 -- add a speed controller for the noise) [unholy was the one that pointed me to the 120mm direction]

to give you an idea of my fan set ups. (exhaust)
- started with 1 80mm 30+ cfm = was hot as hell! about 10-15 above room temp
- added 2 more 80mm fans 40+ cfm (3 80mm fans in total) = still hovering around 10-12 above temp
- added a 120mm 110 cfm fan (replaced the exhaust with 120mm + 2 80mm) = 3-5 above room temp

2) - Just moved them up they're about 4 inches now. And your correct there's 3- 23w 6700k and 1- 13w 2700k. Also I was actually looking at the same Blackstar 100w LED UFO your about to get I emailed Lighthouse for the actual depth since all they gave was the 7" diameter and what's the minimal hanging limit (for our tight spaces) still waiting on response maybe you can tell me bf them.

i know you got your answers already but ill answer again just incase.

they are about 3" deep height wise -- heat vents through the top
veg @ 8-12" ok (as close as 6")
flower @ 1" no bleach problem

this is what ive gathered through exchange PMs with the led users

3) - The third baby is Amphetamine Auto which is supposedly very short and compact so hopefully it really is so it doesn't get too too tight& why do you think Flowering will be tough?

flowering will be hard due to the cfl penetration and light distribution. (lst scrog or however you get the canopy leveled)

ideally youd want atleast 100w per plant (being micro we can get away with as little as 50w per plant)

but not only that -- 3 plants will be a very tight fit. also keep in mind that the plant will 2x-3x in size during flower

I luv it & no prob lmao i luv the long reads have you seen some of my post theyre like stories I think ppl look at my psts and are like omg im jus goin to check the pics out!

1) I ran temp test for a day after i read your post and heres what i got. I took off the 2nd 80mm thats stacked/attached (Fan/Plywood/fan) so it was just fan/plywood temps went up 2-4 degrees so i attached them back so it was fan/plywood/fan and that helps out a lil not much but 2-4 degrees back down. I went to walmart and bought a jigsaw just in case i would have to drill a 120mm outtake. But than i realized that i was blocking the intake from jump, I moved the dwc res up close to the lights and the intake was below that and no fresh air was able to get to the top of cab bc the res blocking the airflow. Soooo i inserted another powerstrip one that can be adjusted in the cab and jus plugged it into the original powerstrip at the top of the cab so that fresh air isnt being blocked and finally got some nice temps in there, it hasnt went above 85 in the past couple of days. Stays around 78-83 so im good with that for now, but i kept the saw just in case i would have to make more adjustments. Ill post pics below in my update.

2)Thanks for the info on the UFO I really want to go for it and get it but im not sure ima wait till u get it than ill prob ba mad i didnt get it but i want to see how that think fits in there for you hope it works out great..... I know it will :booya:

3)Totally agree with the CFL penetration but i might get that UFO and if not that im going to get a UV Bulb not sure it that will help and im def going to LST those babies & again i totally agree with the three babies being to tight hopefully that Amphetamine is really small and everything work out.

Day 13 of Germ / Day 7 Above Ground (AG)

Whats good everybody!! :group:

So it's been a full week 7 days of growth above ground (AG) and almost 2 weeks since they were placed in rapid rooters. I finally got the temps to a really good ideal average as I was dealing with hot temps at certain times of day when it got warmer outside, Herbal dropped some good info on micro ventilation and had me experimenting for a day when I finally realized that I was blocking the fresh air from the intake from flowing to the top of the cab. I had my res raised close to the top of the cab so that it could be close to the lights, so I lowered the res added another powerstrip so that can be adjusted with growth and that the intake could properly bring in cool fresh air and its finally all good. I haven't experienced temps any higher than 85. I cleaned the res out yesterday and its been getting plain R/O water for almost 24 hrs now. I was able to take another pic of the roots yesterday during res change and they're are growing HAM as jay z would say. Day 7 AG and we have roots pushing two feet now. But there is a small problem I noticed a little brown spotting on the fan leaves of CB and one little similar brown spot on the DD and not one on AA which is only 3 days (today) AG. I noticed this a couple of days ago and yesterday there was a little more on the CB with fan leaves looking a little droopy so that's what made me change the res and flush for 24 hrs. I foilar feed them 1ml b52 (for stress) in 24 ounces spray bottle. Ph has been fine and ppm hasn't went above 146, it has hit some hot times but that's been solved for two days, I really don't know what the problem could be I'm stumped the only thing I can think of is cal/mg def I've read a lot about cal mg def with RO water. Please pretty please anyone's input or help would be very highly appreciated. Here are some updated pics.

Here is a pic of the cab yesterday after I made the changes, the res used to be like 10 inches from the top. This pic was taken yesterday you can notice the growth overnight and how much CB started to droop.

Just my 2 cents guys.....I installed 2 2 inch pvc elbows on both sides of box for air intake from bottom to move air to top. Then I have a PC fan that I hooked up to a 12 volt charger in mid of grow box. Than on the top(lid) of growbox I installed a 4 inch exhaust duct fan I ordered from Home Depot (pre-wired) ...Moves air like a charm and also makes the plant stems strong from air movement. With this exhaust it is also perfectly ready for a 4 inch exhaust duct to run outside or where ever you need to let ya air escape! I did post pics but let me know if ya cant find them and I will re post !

Thanks for the input Zaza. I actually used to use those fans (inline duct fan) back in the day when I grew photos ebb&flow and they worked great, but if I was to add that to my Cab it would take away from the stealth part of it and that's key for me. The temps have been pretty good ever since I made those changes but thanks again for tryin to help out. It's the thought that counts. :buds: how's ur pretty lady coming

OOOGauto good evening ! No problem...I understand the stealthy thing now. My lady is still doing great. I have been using Big Bloom every other day (1/4) teaspoon to gallon of water mix to be on the safe side and I give her a (solo) cup and alternate the following day with just plain distilled water. Very little newt burn here and there but overall she looks great. The center Cola is also getting long. The whole thing has lots of buds which are yellow/white and such and I love it. From what I hear the buds last few weeks are when they really take off and get fat. Seeing the way this baby is doing I am sure I am in for a surprise. Being I used Foxfarms Ocean mix I am hoping tot get maybe close to an oz? Or do ya think I am expecting to much? I am also planning on germinating another bean about a week before this Lowryder2 Auto is complete to get a bit of a head start so I have a constant supply since summer is almost here .
How is your lady coming along shall I ask! Hope all is good!

Day 14 of Germ/Day 8 AG​

What's up everybody this tokes for you!

So after 24 hrs of a clean flush I added nutes 1/4 strength as suggested by NW (thanks again) along with b-52 and voodoo juice 1/4 strength and the ppm was at 240 and ph was 6.4 last night. NW also suggest I add some cal mag so I got some today and added a lil over 4 ml into the res which probably at 5l right now with cal mag added ppm rose to 340 and ph was 6.6-6.7 so I added a lil ph down.

Zaza glad to her that shes doing great and loving her food. two inches overnight thats niiiceee. This is my 1st time with autos but i see alot of ppl get over 1 per plant so u never know you could get that. Thanks alot bruh bruh ohhh & would def add more lights as long as the temps are good im about to order two 35w leds to put in my cab.

Day 5 6/27/13 AA​

Cheese B & D Diesel are growing at a good rate (I think) but they are still showing signs of cal mag deficiencies. I found a great thread on def. and was able to accurately prescribe the CB with late calcium def and the DD with a lil signs of late cal def. Added 1/4 strength cal/mag on 6/26 around 8 at night. So yesterday evening they still showed signs of cal def, it didnt get worse like it did overnight the other day but it didnt get better either. Are those leaves just going to be like that now? Again for some reason it's really bad on CB for some reason. Amphetamine Auto is on day 5 growing & looking good, leaves have been the widest so far i hope its some heavy indica. I'm no expert but that voodoo juice seems to really work the roots on these are just amazing for under two weeks.

Temp: 68-73 night / 74-84 day
RH: 30-49 night / 20's-30's day
Ph: 6.5 brought down to 5.9
Ppm: 344-347
Res temp: 64.3 night / never above 70.3 day​

Idk y i put day night I mean lights on/off lights 18-6 (summer coming) from 12-6 afternoon lights off.
