nice job friend how does those pot's work out? I heard a lot of stuff about them. seem's too dry out faster,did you water or feed every other day what about the bottom of the pot's water standing if you could explain this too me I would be grateful nice BUD'S

Hi mate to be honest the pots did there job, I don't have anything to compare them to as I've only grown with these, but they got the job done plus I bought the cheapest ones I could find on eBay, so made in China and not the best quality,,, I have have just bought some new Root Nurse pots for the next grow much better quality and pretty cheap at 3 for £5.55 so we'll see how they get on next grow!!!

And feeding nutes, I did that every watering as im growing in coco and I read somewhere that was the way to go,, I didn't get any standing water at bottom of pots as I watered daily and not to run off, i don't see the point, just makes more work and they seem ok with it
As for the Purple Haze I chopped, your right I didn't have any amber trichs as I wanted to get her out the way, plus I wanted to see what the speedy buzz was like when you chop a little early it's different, first time I've had a bong and felt more awake I have some bcn critical xxl, diesel drift and white widow left from first grow, so I just grab a bit of each and grind it all up together and that does the trick

Day 70 Above Ground (day 62 Pineapplegum)
Well I'm just about there with the Candy Dawg and Orange Punch they both have a few amber trichs here and there the Orange Punch has slightly more so she will be getting the chop either tomorrow or day after and the Candy Dawg will be coming down sunday which will be day 75 they've been on plain ph'd water for a couple of days now in prep for harvest time, so the colour of the leaves are beginning to fade quite quickly now. Temps have been up and down last few days, dependant on the weather between 22c and 30c and rh more stable at around 60-65%

The Pineapplegum is getting a few more orange pistils every day, so if going by how long the others took she still has another week an a half to go

And as for the burnt bud, I'm hoping it's not too badly damagedit doesn't look too bad at the moment so we'll see

awesome grow bro,all my OG Kush are weird some are very tall and I had too bend and break some of the tallest they look like s**t ,my LED is as high as it will go I"ll try and take some pic's after the broke 1 disappointed on that 1 have a good 1 dude

Thanks bro Yeah mate I've been lucky they've stayed pretty short, apart from the Pineapplegum that is, she's a foot taller than the others I assume it's to do with topping them that they've stayed short and stocky did u not do any lst or anything to yours?

@mugwamp,yes while in veggie stage I started HST and now on 3 plants they are almost growing together and seriously bushy this Monday I started skinning the lower branchs and got rid of what was in the way of the light now the 1 I HST have broken branchs and a knot where it healed it self here are some pic's broken branches and recovery

I cut down the Candy Dawg today I was having a good look at the trichs and it was actually the Dawg that had the most amber not the Orange Punch judging by the state of the leaves on the Orange Punch I was sure it was her that had the most, oh well, live and learn

And now I just cover em over with the paper that came in shoe box, leave the lids up and leave on floor of tent till dry, I give em a shake and turn em over every now and then and Bob's your uncle
That's 1 and a half down and 2 to to go The Orange Punch will more than likely come down sunday now, so another 4 days till then ttfn

Hi matey, I'm probably not the best person to ask but I think I read somewhere that they can smell hay like for the first few days but they get there weed smell back after they get put in jars to cure for a few weeks. I think your best bet would be to go to the drying/curing thread and ask the question there and you'll get a more definitive answer from someone with a bit more experience, good luck anyhow and I'm sure it'll be good still
