It needs to be at the top of your tent otherwise you'll be sucking all the cool air from the bottom and the upper levels will be way too hot!

I thought you meant hanging it in a bucket from the top so a net would have made better sense :)
 
Worst comes to worst do you think it would suffice? Damn ,I guess I'll try to hang it up top..
.I also I heard of digilux bulbs melting or blowing up creating a fire hazard ,do I run the same risk if I have a cool tube and the bulb breaks in it?I was thinking not cause it wouldn't touch anything flammible

Tbh I use leds so not up on the bulb you use, even with leds you still need the fan at the top :)
