Hi guys.
I'd like to buy a led, but I want something with low consumption for 1-2 grows (1x1x1.80 - 1 plant) since my budget is low now that I am moving and later on I'll buy one ,,, probably GN new product. Btw I am from Europe so I guess buying from USA is kinda out of the question since shipment price is 100$.
Sooooo ... Help me find something!

Hay bro always nice to hear from a new member, have a look at the Vipar or the TOPLED lights they both seem to give good results for a small budget. Your gonna want about 300w in that room.

Hello mate, welcome to AFN and sorry nobody has got back to you sooner, I'll give it a shot but more experienced guys can step in any time!

I use Vipars so that's all I can advise you on, easiest way to explain why is that I can't afford GN's and Vipars are doing the job fine, think BMW vs Ford

I'm on my fourth grow in a .75x.75x1.5 tent and only doing one plant at a time, I'd still only do one at a time in your size tent too. I use nft, what about you?

For vegging I use a Vipar V300 and in the summer I use another Vipar panel, a V240 but now it's getting cooler I'm vegging under the V300 and a 124w dual band CFL to add some heat.

Once flowering starts I'm going to be using a Vipar COB, the V300 and a 300w 9U Red CFL.

Let me know your budget and I'll recommend a couple of Vipar panels that will do the job very well indeed but wait and see if any of the other guys using different brands come up with other ideas

If you want to get a grow in before you buy the new GN unit maybe order a panel from China, alibaba or aliexpress are fair sites so use.

I don't know how much you want to spend on a temporary light so have a look around and let us know if you find something suitable, maybe post a link here and I'm sure somebody can let you how good it will be.

Hi aperson, there are a bunch of Chinese 300 watt LED panels on ebay for around $110-140. Yeah, they aren't top brand, but a Pioneer or a Mars light will tide you over until you can afford the Ferrari
I've used two Chinese lights- still do- and, for the price of admission, they are a great starting point. I lust for 1000 watts of Mega-LED, too, but so long as the light is full spectrum, and they ship from the country you live in, or Europe itself, you should have a warranty in the possible chance of a repair/swap. Hope that helps in the decisions.. Best to you.

I got a vipar c180 £70 as a stop gap till the gn is available.its the equal or better than the £120 led it replaced.

Well related to nutrients i'll use [h=3]TaNg's AN feeding schedule.[/h]If I can sqweez some gold ill buy b2x3 if not Ill stick to b2x2 for now. Since it will be my first grow, I guess I can test with it a little.
