Anyone Ever Grown Mephisto Velvet Cup Cakes or Midnight Purple Express

Curious if anyone has grown either of these two mentioned? Can you advise? Seems Mephisto either doesn't want to give up much information on their seeds or the strains in general, like heights, growing, potential yields, feeding and or effects or even seed to harvest info.

They do this because they’re new f1’s….meaning there’s no info yet… plus f1’s can be a mixed bag of genetics, and probably unreliable to describe.

F1s are supposed to be first family phenos of either parent dominance or usually carry traits equally from both parents. They are more predictable, more vigorous and uniform in structure as well. They also usually mature faster, and have consistent sizes producing better yields. Not sure where you received your information from.

That’s really only true if both parents are of a stabilized IBL…. Which is not exactly clear of the parents stated in their description. Anyway, sorry I helped you, have a great day.
